Pad Printing

Pad printers generate static simply by the movement of the pad itself during the printing process.

This causes spider webbing, or ink spidering, which can result in loss of image resolution, or ink radiating from the edges of the artwork.

We would recommend placing an Ioniser-Pro static elimination bar in the area between the pad plate and the substrate, that way when the pad is moving from the plate to the substrate, the Ioniser-Pro will flood the pad with static neutralising ions
