Injection Moulding

There are many points during injection moulding manufacture that can generate hotspots of static charge, first being the hopper, which can lead to the plastic pellets to sticking to the sides of the hopper itself which can cause machine jams.

Secondly is at the point where the moulded plastic parts are released from the mould itself the, release action can attract the parts to one another or attract contamination.
Thirdly at the point of collection as detailed here plastic moulding collection

To fix these issues we would advise to place an Ioniser-Pro Blow at each hotspot.
